Siobhan Nims | Criminal | Senior Associate
Siobhan Nims is a Senior Associate and leads the the Criminal Law team at HHG Legal Group. Admitted to practice in both the WA Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia in 2010, Siobhan has practiced in both civil and criminal litigation. She advises and represents clients in court with respect to
- restraining orders
- criminal and traffic matters
- regulatory matters
- criminal appeals
- coronial matters
Siobhan is a passionate advocate with experience representing juvenile and adult clients at trial, sentencings, contested applications and in restraining order matters. She is dedicated to protecting the rights of clients and empowering them with a voice through what can often be a very stressful and overwhelming time in their interactions with the justice system. Siobhan is driven to achieve the best outcome possible by providing thorough, high quality advice, coupled with committed advocacy on their behalf.
Before joining HHG Legal Group, Siobhan worked in the north-west for Legal Aid and the Aboriginal Legal Service, as well as Legal Aid in Perth and the Wheatbelt. She was also employed in private practice in the Perth metropolitan area.
Prior to her admission as a lawyer, Siobhan was an Associate at the Court of Appeal to the Justice Christopher Pullin QC and the late Justice Geoff Miller QC.
