Patrick Beilby
Senior Associate || Dispute Resolution
Patrick is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation team.
Graduating from UWA in 2009 and admitted to practice in 2011, Patrick has spent much of his career at a boutique firm specialising in commercial disputes and strata titles, before moving to HHG Legal Group in April 2018.
He has a wealth of experience in litigation, including advising on matters and appearing in all of the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, as well as extensive experience involving a number of disputes in the State Administrative Tribunal.
Patrick advises and represents clients in a broad range of matters of commercial litigation, including
- wills and estate issues
- building and construction litigation
- general commercial disputes
He is eager to assist clients through every stage of the litigation process, and help them resolve their issues and obtain their desired results in the most practical and direct manner possible.
