Fintan Roberts | Criminal Law | Law Graduate
Fintan Roberts is a law graduate working within the Criminal Law team at HHG Legal Group. Fintan graduated with letters of Commendation from Curtin Law School in 2019 and will be admitted to the Supreme Court of WA in 2020. He is passionate about criminal law and is looking forward to pursuing a career in advocacy in that field upon admission.
In addition to being awarded multiple letters of commendation from Curtin Law School, he was awarded the Best Student in Law Clinic prize for 2018.
Prior to commencing his employment with HHG Legal Group, Fintan spent time at the Magistrates Court of Western Australia as a Student Research Assistant to various Magistrates, where he gained experience in court practice and procedure. He also volunteered at the John Curtin Law Clinic, which provides pro bono legal advice and assistance to WA small businesses.
His current role at HHG Legal Group involves supporting members of the Criminal Law and Restraining Order team at HHG Legal Group with their court work, research, administrative work and other tasks in a paralegal capacity.
