Dianne Caruso | Family & De Facto | Senior Associate | Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

Dianne Caruso is a Senior Associate in the Family Law team at HHG Legal Group. She is also a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner chairing mediations in respect of both parenting and financial matters.

Dianne brings extensive experience in Family Law Matters including complex Property Settlements, Spousal Maintenance, Child Support, Financial Agreements, Parenting Matters and Divorce.  She has been involved in many Dispute Resolution processes including Mediations and Informal Conferences. She also has much experience with Family Court proceedings having appeared as counsel on numerous occasions.

Prior to joining HHG Legal Group, Dianne worked for many years at a specialist family law firm. Dianne was a Legal Associate to various Judges of the Family Court of Western Australia including the Honourable Justice Crooks, Acting Judge Warnick, Acting Judge Boland and Justice Walters.

Dianne’s qualifications include a Juris Doctor (Merit Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.  Dianne is also a qualified Independent Children’s Lawyer.

Dianne is passionate about family law and is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for her clients.
