Wheatleys Legal (originally Wheatley & Sons) was formed in 1936 by Herbert Holland Wheatley and his two sons, John Herbert Wheatley and Richard James Wheatley, who began trading on St Georges Terrace in Perth. In 2001, Wheatley & Sons and Franklyn Simon Wheatley merged to become Wheatleys Legal, a firm which has been run by 3 generations of Wheatleys.
Wheatleys Legal has traditionally focused on the provision of a variety of commercial services, which complements the practice areas of Hudson Henning & Goodman, who merged with the Firm in June 2007. The two firms worked side by side and are able to draw on a wealth of experience and training from their combined staff.
