  Initially I was introduced to Agnes as the Bargaining Agent for our employees.  We managed to resolve all issues very quickly and Agnes assist us in clarifying some of our contract details to ensure everyone had the same understanding of what is actually meant.

  Following that we used Agnes for advice as also as Counsel in a couple of employment cases to successfully resolve matters.   This was followed by a complete rebuild of our original contracts including Policies and Procedures Manual and the relationship to the Contracts Agreement.  With the onus being on the Employer to ensure the Employee is fully informed and understands the Agreements, this has lead to "Good Faith Bargaining."  Agnes has great empathy with the Law and how it must represent the wishes of both parties.

  I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that I think Marnie did a terrific job for me.  As did Aleta.  As you would no doubt know, since Marnie first took on the matter, I believe she has been at all times competent, professional and really personable.  I’m sure you will appreciate that family matters are very emotional and sometimes complex and can therefore be frustrating and difficult – for the lawyer and the client.  Despite this, Marnie managed everything with confidence and compassion.  I am really grateful to Marnie for “going the extra mile” and putting up with me along the way.  I have a new respect for the work that lawyers and barristers do in the family law arena, and am often somewhat in awe of their ability to be a lawyer/accountant/physciatrist/negotiator etc etc all at once.
