How we practice Law ...
Our lawyers undergo continuous professional development to ensure that their skills and knowledge are continually updated. None of our lawyers or clerks practice in more than 2 areas of the law. This focused skills base results in improved service delivery and better outcomes for our clients. The quality of our work is further enhanced by the investment we have made in practice management technology and in-house resources, such as extensive library materials.
These investments ensure that you have access to the same resources and service levels in all of our four offices.
Hudson Henning & Goodman and Wheatleys Legal ...
In 1961, Ric Waldeck joined Hudson Henning & Goodman after completing articles at Minter Ellison. After working at, and owning, the firm for over 40 years, Ric sold Hudson Henning & Goodman to Simon Creek and Murray Thornhill on 1 December 2003. Since that time, the Firm has gone from strength to strength, culminating in the opening of a Perth office in June 2006 and more recently, the purchase of Wheatleys Legal in West Perth. The purchase has resulted in the merger of two great firms and the formation of the HHG Legal Group. With nearly 50 people on hand, we can assist you with the most complicated legal problems - right across WA.
